I have just visited one of the best place in Bacolod City. It is not a resort or an ecotourist park, but instead a native restaurant located in the heart of Bacolod City.
This native restaurant is known to be called as Ting Ting's owned by the prominent family of Papasin from Escalante and made Bacolod as their home town for their great foods. 
If you want to try their foods with very affordable prizes you can go to their resto in B.S. Auqino drive beside Banco de Oro and near the new depot called triangle.
