Cebu pacific prioritize the CHANCE PASSENGERS than THE REGULAR PASSENGERS, they implement this "45 minutes closing before the departure". Which include those who are in line. They won't listen to your concern at all, they would just tell you to have the next flight and they are not sure at the same time if you will going to have the next flight... Is this because chance passengers pay more? Bacolod City is one of those Cebu Pacific Airlines doing this to their passengers. One of the OIC told the passengers in BACOLOD that, 45 minutes the flight that you are not here, we call those chance passengers". Chance passengers wait outside, they are not being called. They wait until there is no appearance of a regular passenger then it's time that they will be allowed to have a sit.Action should be taken. This should not be tolerated. Customer is always right and it should be maintained.
