VISA FOR SOUTH KOREA




FOR TOURIST VISA:

TOURIST VISA IS NOT REQUIRED FOR U.S. PASSPORT HOLDERS STAYING IN KOREA FOR LESS THAN 30 DAYS.

  1. Your actual passport. You must have at least 6 months of validity left on the passport beyond your intended stay in Korea. Passport must be signed, or no visa will be issued. You must have at least TWO blank visa pages. Amendment pages do not count. Click here for details to add pages on existing passport, to renew a passport, or more.

  2. One Visa Application Form for Korea and Visa Processing Order Form, completed in full. If the visa application is not completely filled out, signed and dated, we will not be able to submit your documents to the embassy, which will result in significant delays in the processing time.

  3. One 2" x 2" passport type photograph.

  4. Flight itinerary or copies of your round trip air tickets.

  5. Non U.S. citizen should submit a notarized copy of U.S. permanent resident card or U.S. visa.

FOR BUSINESS VISA, ALL OF THE ABOVE, BUT ADD:

  1. One Business Letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.

FOR MILITARY CONTRACTED EMPLOYEE AGREEMENT VISA:

  1. Your actual passport. You must have at least 6 months of validity left on the passport beyond your intended stay in Korea. You must have at least TWO blank visa pages. Amendment pages do not count. Click here for details to add pages on existing passport, to renew a passport, or more.

  2. One Visa Application Form for Korea and Visa Processing Order Form, completed in full.

  3. One 2" x 2" passport type photograph.

  4. Copy of your Travel Orders issued by an Armed Forces Department.

  5. Non U.S. citizen should submit a notarized copy of U.S. permanent resident card or U.S. visa.

FOR MILITARY DEPENDENTS VISA:

  1. Your actual passport. You must have at least 6 months of validity left on the passport beyond your intended stay in Korea. You must have at least TWO blank visa pages. Amendment pages do not count. Click here for details to add pages on existing passport, to renew a passport, or more.

  2. One Visa Application Form for Korea and Visa Processing Order Form, completed in full.

  3. One 2" x 2" passport type photograph.

  4. Copy of the military orders.

  5. Copy of military ID card.

  6. Copy of marriage certificate (for spouse) or birth certificate (for children).


  7. Non U.S. citizen should submit a notarized copy of U.S. permanent resident card or U.S. visa.

VISA VALIDITY:

Tourist or business visa for South Korea is usually issued for multiple entries for a period of 5 years from date of issue, for a period of stay not to exceed 90 days.

SERVICE FEE
:

Tourist: $39.00 per visa
Business: $39.00 per visa
24 hour processing: $100.00 per visa

We recommend that you send all of the required documents via a traceable, overnight delivery service, such as Federal Express.
