FREE SIM CARD
This is what most Filipino needed, a free sim card. No single penny to be paid with this network. This new network called Umobile in Philippines, is one of the most fantastic and remarkable network ever. Although it is having a connection with a smart for the moment, it is independent from that of Smart.
