Business letter
A business letter of responsibility is required: (Sample Business Letter)
- The letter must be addressed to the Embassy of Japan.
- The letter must explain the nature of business to be performed.
- The letter must be on company letterhead and signed by someone at your company other than you.

Fees:
- The Consulate Fee is $ 27.00
- Our Service Fee is $ 75.00
- Our Return Mail Fee is $ 20.00 for FedEx Service OR you may include a pre-paid airbill to the return address.
The Total Fee is $ 122.00 ($ 102.00 if you INCLUDED a pre-paid airbill). You may pay by Check or Credit Card.
- If you are paying by check, enclose a check made payable to "Passports and Visas.com".
- If you are paying by credit card, please make sure you entered your credit card information on the above mentioned order form.
- Place the above mentioned documents in a FedEx Letter.
- On the FedEx Airbill, put your Order Number (obtained by completing the above mentioned ORDER FORM) in Box 2.

- PLEASE NOTE: Somel foreign nationals require a visa to enter Japan. The list below is those who DO NOT require a visa:
- Citizens of the following countries do not require a visa for a period of 6 months or less
Austria, Germany, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Mexico, Switzerland and the United Kingdom (UK citizens only) - Citizens of the following countries do not require a visa for a period of 3 months or less
