Visa Fees applicable for various visa types are listed in the table below.
Visa A Airport transit visa
PURPOSE: Transit only by the international area of an airport : (entrance on Schengen territory is NOT allowed.)It concerns citizens of some Africans or middle east countries going back home
LENGTH OF STAY: Few hours, just the time to transit. The person concerned must present a confirmed flight ticket showing the length of stay at the airport and if applicable a valid visa for the country of final destination 60 € - for all nationalities (Russians citizen not concerned by this type of visa).
FEES: 60 € - for all nationalities (Russians not concerned).Applicant has to go directly to the Consulate after taking appointment at the France Visa Application Center
Visa B : Transit visa
PURPOSE: This visa allows a person to enter and cross Schengen states on a trip from a third country to another country outside the Schengen space Each transit must not exceed 5 days.
LENGTH OF STAY: A confirmed flight ticket and if applicable a valid visa for the country of final destination must be presented. 60 € - for all others nationals
FEES:60 € - for all others nationals 35 € - for citizens from Russia, Ukraine, Moldavia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Albania, Macedonia
Visa D National visa (Long stay visa). VFS will not receive these applications
PURPOSE: Student visa - Work permit visa -
LENGTH OF STAY: Stay in France for more than 3 months
FEES: 99 € - These applications will be received only at the French Consulate
Visa C : CLASSIC short stay visa
Tourist visa - Personal visit visa - Family visitMost common visa
Allows entrance and stay in the Schengen states for a period of 3 months maximum per semester

Visa C CIRCULATION visa. Short stay visa with a validity from 1 to 5 years

Only one fee for everybody : 9 € (310 roubles).
A specified visa is issued after authorization of the concerned authorities (delay 10 days);
Please Note:
The applicable visa fee in Russian Ruble is as per the consular exchange rate. It is subject to change without notice.
No visa fee is payable for children below 6 years of age and students travelling on study tours.
There is a service charge of 900/- Rubles (inclusive of VAT) levied per application over and above the visa fees. In case you would like your passport couriered to your specified address, you can request of this facility at the time of submitting your application. This optional service is available at an additional charge. The service charge and the courier fee is payable in cash at the time of submitting your application.
The fees are non-refundable.
Attention!
The 35 euros visa fee (1215 rubles) concerns nationals of Russia, Ukraine, Moldavia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Macedonia. The 60 euros visa fee (2083 rubles) concerns all other nationals.
Visa is free of charge for all applicants under 25 from Russia and CIS countries.
Visa for a child under 6 years, irrespective of citizenship, is free of charge.
